Terms & Conditions

Upon placing your order, we will confirm that your order will be dispatched same day. We aim to deliver from available time from 15:00hours.

If you place an order for any "corks crew" premium range of wine after 17:00hours, we will confirm with you the date and time for next day delivery.

If you still want same day service for wine, but order after 1700hours, we will find suitable products within our range in the "order before 2100hours" delivery portfolio. 

Food from our restaurant - We aim to deliver within 90minutes (depending on your postcode) of us accepting your order. You also acknowledge food service is from 1730hours until late, Monday to Saturday.

However sometimes matters outside of our control, such as weather or road and traffic conditions may cause us delay but we will do our best.

Please note: Payments made by debit or credit cards will cause delays due to security checks for all postcodes.

We hope you are happy with our products, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will arrange to collect. We regret that we cannot refund or collect any items which are opened. 

Payment is accepted by credit and debit cards over the phone and website with verification on delivery. You will need to show your card and appropriate form of identification (Passport or Drivers Licence).

We do not accept cheques.

Card payments will incur a £2.00 security check fee.

The products chosen to be delivered, Connoser will deliver the order to the main entrance of the delivery address but any deliveries carried into the delivery address will only be made if the driver and you consent to this. If you are not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order, then we will not refund you the price for your order and will charge you for the full amount of your order.


Connoser may be out of stock on item(s) you have ordered. We will contact you to arrange the next best alternative, either by phone or email. If you do not contact us within 5 minutes of our message, we will dispatch your order with the amended item(s).

Please note that once you have made your order and your card payment has been authorised you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you be entitled to a refund.

Postcodes beginning with NW, TW, N, W, WC - £15.00

We may occassionally run specials and promotions. Delivery specials relate to our core delivery postcodes. Online offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

Upon checkout you will need to enter the code at the shopping basket and the special will be deducted from your order total.

You can use these specials more than once.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected.
